ReArch Company has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Sykes Mountain Avenue Project located in the White River Junction area. Funding for this 30-unit rental complex is made possible by Twin Pines Housing Trust and Housing Vermont. Upon completion this facility will provide the White River Junction community with new mixed-income housing. Construction is scheduled to being in May of 2018 with completion in May of 2019.
