ReArch is delighted to welcome the arrival of Justin Palker and Ben Buglovsky to its growing team. Justin Palker joins as an Estimator, and Ben Buglovsky as a Preconstruction Manager.
As an estimator, Justin provides quantity takeoffs, estimates material and labor, and oversees value management on assigned projects. He is responsible for project procurement and issues award notices to subcontractors and material suppliers.
Justin has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining our team, Justin worked as a Carpenter, Estimator, and Lead Estimator. Justin brings a wealth of estimating expertise to projects of varying sizes and complexities in the region.
As ReArch’s Preconstruction Manager, Ben leverages his architectural experience by being involved with projects in the earliest stages of development. He serves as the primary point of contact during the Preconstruction phase and helps manage the preconstruction schedule to lead the team to achieve critical milestones. Ben promotes energy conservation and sustainable building practices and coordinates with the estimating department to ensure that the project scope and the Owner’s requirements are aligned.
Ben has over a decade of design and project management experience in architecture and construction. Before joining ReArch Company, he worked as lead designer and project architect for the Princeton-based firm KSS Architects. He focused on elevating the firm’s design language and collaborating with clients and consultants throughout all project phases. Ben has experience with various project types and sizes, including new construction and renovation of schools, offices, the performing arts, commercial, and industrial development.
