ReArch Company is delighted to welcome Lillie Bleau, SHRM-CP as our Human Resources Manager. In this position, Lillie works closely with ReArch’s hiring managers to attract, motivate and retain top talent. She spearheads recruitment, hiring, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Lillie cultivates ReArch’s culture by supporting and engaging with employees, driving ReArch Company’s social mission and continually works to enhance benefits to ensure that ReArch continues to be one of the “Best Places to Work in Vermont”.
She brings nearly 10 years of Human Resources management experience and an extensive background in Office Management. Most recently, Lillie worked for a local nonprofit anti-poverty agency where she was responsible for company onboarding, recruiting systems, managing HR and payroll records, supporting bill processing, employee benefits, and administrative tasks related to staffing.
Lillie has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She recently completed the SHRM Learning System Course at Vermont Technical College and became SHRM-CP Certified in 2019.
