Winooski, VT – On April 4, representatives from the Winooski School District and the community, Senators Bernie Sanders and Peter Welch, Congresswoman Becca Balint, USDA State Director Sarah Waring, TruexCullins, ReArch Company, and numerous others joined for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the $57.8 million Winooski Capital Project completion.
