Assistant Superintendent
Overview
As an Assistant Superintendent, Ben works closely with the superintendent to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team. He establishes working relationships with subcontractors and provides them with direction and oversight. Ben also takes a lead role in site safety to ensure all those on-site comply with ReArch Company safety policies and procedures. Assistant superintendents share the responsibility of delivering every project on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. Ben oversees onsite activity to ensure that the onsite project team and partners maintain a standard of excellence.
Experience
Ben grew up in the construction industry and started out working as a laborer for his father. He most recently worked as a project manager for production housing in South Burlington, where he was responsible for delivering custom carriage homes from groundbreaking to closing in three months. In his previous role, he was the project manager for two light commercial residential twelve-unit condominiums in South Burlington, VT for SD Ireland.
Background
Ben resides in Duxbury, VT where he enjoys spending time with his three children and working on his property. Ben owns and operates a sugarhouse.
