Facilities Master Electrician
Overview
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, Steve assists the Facilities Manager with ensuring that all ReArch managed properties are operating efficiently. A Master Electrician, Steve is able to quickly assess the needs of a situation and identify the best solution. Steve maintains a good rapport with tenants and owners, working closely with them to keep our facilities in good repair.
Experience
Prior to joining ReArch Company, Steve was employed for more than 21 years by Omega Electric Construction. During his time with Omega Electric, Steve provided onsite electrical services at the IBM manufacturing plant located in Essex Junction. He also worked for Omega’s service department, a position that required him to respond to electrical issues within a variety of settings ranging from commercial to residential.
Education
In addition to obtaining his license as a Master Electrician, Steve has completed a 10-hour OSHA course.
Background
Steve and his wife reside in Essex, Vermont, with their children. He is an avid outdoorsman, hunting, hiking, and camping with his family.
