Senior Superintendent
Overview
As a Senior Superintendent, Joe is responsible for all operations performed at the site level, including quality control, phasing, communication, and safety. Joe communicates directly with the project team comprised of architects, subcontractors, and the owner, to ensure adherence to the project documents. Joe maintains an excellent relationship with subcontractors and works closely with them to maintain the project schedule, problem-solve, and deliver projects of the highest quality.
Experience
Prior to joining ReArch, Joe was employed by a local construction company where he worked his way through the ranks of tradesperson, foreman, and superintendent. He has completed several prominent projects including the K1 Lodge at Killington Resort, Hypertherm’s Heater Road manufacturing facility, Montshire Museum’s Science Water Park and the Adams House Condominiums at Okemo.
Education
Joe is LEED certified and holds multiple Procore certifications. Joe has his 30-Hour OSHA certification and is also Red Cross First Aid & CPR certified.
Background
Joe lives in Wallingford, VT with his wife.
