Join us in welcoming our newest team members, Senior Superintendent Joe Lattuca and Assistant Superintendent Josh Perkins, to the ReArch family.
Joe brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked his way up the ranks in the construction industry. With an impressive portfolio that includes projects like the K1 Lodge at Killington Resort and the Montshire Museum’s Science Water Park, Joe is the perfect fit to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.
As a Senior Superintendent, Joe is responsible for all operations performed at the site level, including quality control, phasing, communication, and safety.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys life in Wallingford, VT, where he resides with his wife.
Assistant Superintendent Josh Perkins joins ReArch with over seven years of experience leading construction projects across Virginia, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Prior to joining us, Josh worked as a project manager/superintendent at Cold River Bridges LLC, where he honed his skills in overseeing successful construction ventures. Not only does he have a strong background in industrial mechanics and welding, but he also served for four years in the United States Marine Corps.
As an assistant superintendent, Joshua shares the responsibility for delivering every project on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. He works closely with superintendents to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team.
Josh lives in South Royalton where he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and tinkering.
