Project Attributes:
Food & BeverageReArch is a great company to work with. They are an amazing team of professionals, who are always going the extra mile. Highly recommended!
ReArch Company has proven themselves to be a valuable asset on the preconstruction and construction phases of our $10MM parking garage project. Their value management exercises generated real value and cost savings to the City of St. Albans during the preconstruction process, and the construction phase has been wonderfully managed. They have been a great partner to the City of St. Albans on this project.
I just wanted to send out an acknowledgement to ReArch for the level of effort that you guys put into the shop drawing/submittal review from the Contractor’s side. It is refreshing to see all the comments from you guys on the submittals ahead of our review, which is a testament to the due-diligence you put forth in the review. We design over 100 projects a year and I can confidently say that there are very few other Contractor’s that put in this same effort… we are used to just getting them rubber stamped and pushed onto us with really no review from the Contractors.
ReArch can always be counted on for prompt payment and efficient communication. They are a pleasure to do business with. And I really mean it – you guys are great. Quick responses to inquiries and really one of my favorite GC’s to work with.
ReArch’s work site is clean, organized and safe. They have made a number of proactive decisions for the betterment of the State’s project that we do not see other construction managers make. Their job meetings are well organized and a pleasure to attend and they communicate well with all members of the team. Working with ReArch has been a true blessing.
Bert’s approach is open, honest and thorough. His project schedules are detailed, accurate and consistently updated throughout both design and construction processes. Estimating exercises are equally detailed and proactively inform preconstruction design decisions resulting in met expectations and proven accuracy come final bids. Our teams experience working with ReArch and Bert was smooth and reliable. I look forward to working with them again and I highly recommend them for any construction project.
I am not sure how our project could have gone better. I expect you know how rare it is to be able to make that statement.
The St. Albans State Office Building and City Parking Garage project has been an unqualified success, and a good portion of that success is attributable to the dedication and hard work of the employees of ReArch Company.
Your team took ownership of the project and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was delivered on time and on budget to allow us to successfully transfer operations to this location without any service interruptions to our clients.
I work for ROTAX Construction, and we do a lot of work with ReArch. The team at ReArch is professional and they go above and beyond to make clients happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and excellence. One of the best companies I’ve worked with.
ReArch was the construction manager for BVHC’s renovation project. Without their guidance and expertise, we wouldn’t have the beautiful building we have today!

Without reservation I am pleased to say that hiring ReArch Company was the best and most important decision we made on this project and we look forward to working with them again on our next facility.
ReArch Company’s skills at managing complex sites in densely populated areas and their ability to communicate effectively and respond nimbly and with flexibility to their client’s needs makes them an incredible asset on any project.
“This is Fantastic !! Based on our experience this project has been one of the best coordinated, communicated, and timely construction projects we’ve been a part of. Congrats and “Thank You” to all for the great work!”
The Wentworth Housing projects blower door test was tied for first out of all the buildings we have tested in New England for air tightness, with an air infiltration rate of 0.0375 CFM50/sf.
As a prime subcontractor that has worked on many projects with ReArch, we find their commitment to safety to be far above their peers. Whether it is new construction or renovation; and especially within historic and occupied facilities, they understand what it means to work safe, stay safe, and think safe. Without doubt, this goal is obtained on all their work. ReArch demonstrates that safety is both a responsibility and life-style; an obligation for every person on every project.
ReArch is very proactive in reviewing envelope details, always looking ahead to review and resolve those details weeks and months ahead of construction.
During construction it feels like ReArch is very much at the service of the owner. They are super responsive with outstanding communication throughout the project.
ReArch differentiated themselves by the phasing plans they brought to the table before meeting us. The phasing plan made it clear they had done their homework and there was a lot of thought, and the plan made a lot of intuitive sense to us as educators.
ReArch does a great job coordinating their subcontractors, they have a positive relationship with subcontractors which is definitely a big benefit to the owner.
ReArch has always been out in front of issues. If there is a problem and I call, they already have the options and answers for me.
ReArch was a key partner in the beginning phase of the project before we ever had a budget put together and built the estimate with the Architect. We made a wise choice in selecting ReArch and we are planning to use them on other City projects.
