Although 2023 posed several challenges, it has been an incredible year for ReArch Company. We are thrilled to share that we continue to expand our team and talent, allowing us to deliver groundbreaking projects to clients throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
2023 Highlights
ReArch Opens a Second Location
In June of 2023, we opened an office in Lebanon, NH, at 85 Mechanic Street in the River Mill Commercial Center. With our expanded presence in the region, we are even more equipped to provide top-notch construction management, development, and property management services throughout the northeast.
Our Projects
From the award-winning Winooski School District project to the cutting-edge OnLogic facility, we’ve been on a roll!
In January, we completed the Winooski School District project. This ambitious project included significant renovations to 145,000 sf and ,66,000 sf of additions, during which the school remained fully operational! This achievement earned us an Excellence in Construction award.
We’re set to wrap up the year by completing the finishing touches on the state-of-the-art OnLogic facility. Spanning 140,000 sf, designed by Weimann Lamphere Architects, the new headquarters provides the perfect space for OnLogic’s 150+ Vermont-based employees to collaborate and innovate effectively with sustainability, energy efficiency, and community connectivity at the heart of this project.

From worksite health & wellness initiatives to charitable giving, our goal is to support and engage in practices that enrich lives.
At ReArch Company, we strongly believe in giving back to the communities we serve. One way in which we do this is through our Employee Driven Philanthropy program! This year, our employees made an incredible impact, supporting nine causes and donating a total of $32,000.
In addition, our Trades Appreciation Party at our OnLogic construction site raised $15,000 for the Vermont Food Bank.
