Project Description:
The City of Lebanon has partnered with ReArch Company for construction management services for the City’s new Central Fire Station project.
Designed by Lavallee Brensinger Architects, safety and efficiency are at the forefront of the design. The original 1954 structure will be demolished to make way for a modern fire station that tackles the challenges of today and beyond. The new station will include sufficient space to accommodate modern fire apparatus, a decontamination area, secured controlled access, an individual climate control mechanical system, separate locker rooms, and solar panels. Additionally, the new station includes infrastructure for electric vehicle charging.
The Station’s prominent location, centered on Colburn Park, is ideal for this high-profile facility.
Pending final approval by the City Council, construction will begin in September 2024 with a completion date anticipated for early 2026.
