Last night, we had the honor of attending the chartering ceremony of the newly chartered Vermont Chapter 395 of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC)!
We are thrilled to announce that ReArch Company’s very own Nicole Benton has been elected as the President of this Chapter. Nicole, along with her colleagues Heather Fontaine, Sarah LeClair, and Majken Poley played a crucial role in establishing this chapter. Their hard work and dedication have paved the way for a more inclusive and empowering construction industry in Vermont.
In Nicole’s words, “The resurgence of the Vermont Chapter for NAWIC will provide Vermont’s Construction Industry with much-needed awareness,
enthusiasm, leadership, and camaraderie. It’s no secret that the skilled trades and construction industry have been struggling. Local chapter associations like the NAWIC Vermont Chapter will help bring life back to the industry and bring newer and younger talent to the table for years to come.”
We couldn’t agree more with Nicole! The NAWIC Vermont Chapter will not only empower women in construction but also contribute to the growth and revitalization of the industry. We are excited to witness the positive impact this chapter will have on Vermont’s construction community.
Join us in congratulating Nicole Benton on her new role as President and wishing the NAWIC Vermont Chapter great success!
