Project Description:
In the fall of 2023, ReArch Company was selected as the construction manager for a 6-story addition and renovations at 266 College Street in downtown Burlington, VT.
Developer Greencastle LLC purchased the building and partnered with Smith Buckley Architects to lead the design.
Construction on the former YMCA will transform the historic brick facade building into a beautiful, modern, urban housing complex. The proposed renovation includes plans to construct 89 rental housing units and one level of parking below the street grade.
