Preconstruction Manager
Overview
As preconstruction manager, Scott plays a crucial role in the early stages of construction, overseeing scoping and planning activities and serving as the project’s primary point of contact before the actual building begins. He collaborates closely with owners, design professionals and ReArch project team members to understand the requirements, budget constraints and logistics unique to each project and to ensure successful project outcomes that consistently align with client expectations.
Experience
Formerly, Scott was with Boston Real Estate Collaborative LLC (BREC), where he worked his way from assistant property manager to senior development project manager during his 10-year tenure. Apart from managing mid-rise multi-family and mixed-use asset development with BREC, he has also worked as an independent development and permitting consultant to private owners and contractors.
Education
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Background
In his free time, Scott enjoys being on the water or in the mountains, relaxing with family and friends over good music, and spending time with his daughter Avery and wife Kasey.
