During Women in Construction Week, from March 3rd to March 9th, 2024, ReArch directed its attention towards highlighting the significance of teamwork. We encouraged our “team players” to reflect on their past experiences in youth sports and draw connections between the skills developed on the court/field and their current roles in the construction industry. We aimed to inspire the next generation of leaders by showcasing the transferable skills from sports to construction. Through sharing these insights and emphasizing the parallels between the two, we not only celebrate the achievements of our team but also pave the way for future generations of women in the industry.
