An important component of ReArch Company’s corporate mission is giving back to our communities. This philosophy is embodied in a portion of our Mission Statement, as follows: ReArch will be a recognized and well-respected leader, in the project development and construction industry, through supporting our communities by being involved, engaged and philanthropic.
ReArch Company, Inc. has committed to donating a substantial percentage of our profit each and every year to local charities and organizations that are working towards bettering the lives of the less fortunate people in our communities.
This amount is broken up into three categories; causes that ownership strongly believe in and have been donating to for many years in a lot of cases; business development focused donations, which are clients in many cases; and employee driven donations to organizations and charities that THEY choose. Every year we allocate a certain dollar amount to be available for the employee driven portion of ReArch’s philanthropy. We have developed a submission and selection process for these requests and encourage all employees to submit requests to causes that are important to them and their community.
This year $20,000 was available for the employee driven portion of ReArch’s philanthropy, and we are pleased to announce that the below organizations were chosen:
- Reining Hope Therapeutic Horsemanship Programs
- Boys and Girls Club of Brattleboro
- McCLure Miller Respite House
- Jericho Town Library
- Spectrum Youth & Family Service/The Anthill Collective
- Green Mountain Club
- Howard Center
- Community Health Centers of Burlington
