Director of Health, Safety & Risk Management
Overview
In his role as the Director of Health, Safety & Risk Management, Pete is dedicated to fostering a culture of health and safety at ReArch. He concentrates on upholding, enhancing, and implementing the company’s health and safety standards, protocols, and procedures. Pete ensures that ReArch adheres to occupational health and safety regulations and takes the lead in organizing all safety training programs for employees and subcontractors. He oversees the maintenance and management of employees’ health and safety credentials and takes charge of developing wellness initiatives for both office and field staff.
Experience
Pete began his safety career nearly three decades ago as a safety specialist at a national construction company. Most recently, he served as the safety manager at a mid-sized construction firm in Boston. His expertise spans various domains including ground-up buildings, tenant fit-outs, life sciences, bridges, highways, and more.
Education
Pete earned his B.S. in Safety Studies with a concentration in occupational safety from Keene State College.

Pete hails from Nashua, NH and enjoys fishing, hiking and all that the outdoors has to offer.
