We are excited to welcome Tyler Kibling and Adam Wright to the ReArch team!
Tyler Kibling – Estimator
With over ten years of experience in the construction industry, Tyler Kibling joins ReArch as an estimator. In this role, Tyler will provide quantity takeoffs, estimate material and labor costs, and oversee value management on assigned projects. He will also handle project procurement and issue award notices to subcontractors and material suppliers.
Tyler has honed his skills in various roles throughout his career. Before joining ReArch, he worked as an assistant superintendent and estimator at a design/build firm, gaining valuable experience on projects over $20M.
Adam Wright – Estimating Coordinator
Adam Wright joins ReArch’s estimating team as an estimating coordinator. He will assist the team by writing subcontracts and owner contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for current and future projects. Adam will also be responsible for proposal procurement, project bid documents, and setup. Additionally, he will spearhead networking efforts with trade partners and work to maintain positive subcontractor relationships.
Adam brings a diverse background in land use planning, project management, public works, and sales. Most recently, he worked for a land use and project management consulting agency in Tahoe City, California, where his experience included contractor coordination, GIS mapping, permitting, and RFP drafting.
