Austin Hart has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Since joining us in 2022, Austin has demonstrated exceptional dedication, particularly through his outstanding work on the Charitable Gaming project. His in-depth project knowledge and meticulous attention to detail have been crucial, especially through numerous changes and evolving designs. Austin’s excellent communication skills have ensured seamless interactions with subcontractors, clients, and the design team. His thoroughness in submittal reviews and willingness to take on additional tasks further highlight his contributions.
Sarah LeClair has been promoted to Project Engineer II. In her previous role as PE1, Sarah exhibited remarkable dedication and skill, particularly on the 350 Tilley project. Her colleagues have commended her ability to manage complex project changes and her deep understanding of their impacts on project scope. Sarah’s strong communication and problem-solving skills have been vital to our project successes, and her meticulous attention to detail during submittal reviews has consistently maintained our high standards.
Kevin Hemond has been promoted to Foreman. Since joining ReArch Company in February 2024, Kevin has rapidly become a crucial member of the Newport Mills project team. Sr. Superintendent Joe Lattuca notes, “In a short time, Kevin has proven to be an invaluable asset. His commitment to quality, attention to detail, focus on safety, forward-thinking, positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to tackle any challenge have been both refreshing and indispensable.” Kevin’s dedication and strong work ethic make him an ideal fit for this leadership role, and we eagerly anticipate his continued contributions as Foreman.
