We’re excited to share that Matt Moulton has been promoted to Superintendent! Since joining ReArch in 2022, Matt has consistently gone above and beyond, progressing from Carpenter to Foreman and Assistant Superintendent.
Matt’s proactive approach to problem-solving has made him a key player in driving project success. He is known for identifying potential challenges early and implementing practical solutions that keep projects on track. His leadership has been instrumental in managing complex initiatives.
Matt’s collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills have earned him the respect and trust of colleagues, clients, and partners.
In his new role as Superintendent, Matt will continue to focus on maintaining project schedules, ensuring job site safety, and fostering strong communication between teams and stakeholders.
