ReArch Company was hired to construct a luxurious, mountainside home overlooking the Stowe Mountain Resort at Spruce Peak.
The scope of work includes 6,000 sf of living space, a 25’ vaulted great room, custom cabinetry, custom finishes, spa, and built-ins throughout. Due to the small lot size, careful coordination and scheduling was required to ensure access for trades workers and materials to efficiently progress the work. Activities that were not weather-sensitive were scheduled for the colder months of the winter, allowing ReArch to maintain the aggressive completion schedule and stay on budget.
