ReArch Company is thrilled to announce being awarded first place in several award categories for the 2020 Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont Safety Awards Program. The ABC Construction Industry Safety Awards Program recognizes the commendable safety performance of individual firms. The awards are intended to convey ABC’s strong support of safety performance in full recognition of the fact that each firm has the responsibility for the execution of safety, to ensure an overall safe workplace.
ReArch Company won the following awards:
- First Place-Most Creative Safety Program-SIC 15 (Building Construction) 50,000 – 100,000 Personnel Hours
- First Place-Statistical Safety Data-SIC 15 (Building Construction) 50,000 – 100,000 Personnel Hours
- Zero Cases Resulting in Lost Work Days-SIC 15 (Building Construction) 50,000 – 100,000 Personnel Hours
Health & Safety Manager, Holly LeClair, helped pave the way to achieving these impressive safety milestones. She has done a tremendous job fostering the health and safety culture for ReArch Company. She ensures ReArch is compliant with occupational health and safety guidelines and spearheads all training programs for employees and subcontractors to support their health and safety needs. Holly maintains and manages the status of all employee’s health and safety credentials and is responsible for developing wellness initiatives for the office and field staff, she recently has received 40+ hour of COVID-19 training to implement safe work practices in the office as well as all construction sites.
