ReArch Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Post from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager and Jesse Rowe from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Peter is responsible for organizing and maintaining project documentation, assisting the estimating team with preparing bid documents, creating the scope of work for subcontractors, preparing contract documents, and coordinating change management. He starts the procurement process for the project management team by developing and maintaining project budgets throughout a project and then after completion, assisting with project closeout.
Peter has a great attitude, cares deeply about the success of our projects, and has consistently offered to contribute assistance where ever he can. Peter consistently represents ReArch professionally with clients and subcontractors and goes above and beyond to provide the level of quality and service that sets ReArch apart.
As an Assistant Superintendent, Jesse is responsible for establishing a close working relationship with site subcontractors and providing them with direction and oversight. Jesse also takes a lead role in site safety, working closely with subcontractors and the Superintendent to comply with ReArch Company policies.
Jesse has recently managed two projects as our site representative and delivered both of those projects on-time, has run a professional job site, and exhibited excellent leadership skills. His proactive pre-planning of the work, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors ensured these projects’ success.
