Project Manager
Overview
As a project manager, Nicole collaborates closely with our project superintendents, owner, design team, and subcontractors, ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to achieving our project goals. Project managers play a vital role in optimizing project execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Nicole’s proactive approach shines both in the field and the office. Nicole is skilled at implementing streamlined procedures, reducing redundancies, and optimizing our company policies for maximum efficiency.
Experience
Before joining ReArch Company, Nicole worked as a Process and Warranty Manager on a 118-unit residential development project, collaborating with the interior designer, estimator, and site superintendent throughout construction and building occupancy. Her experience also includes Property and Project Management for Central Vermont Medical Center, where she led construction and renovation projects for the main campus and offsite properties. She oversaw the grounds maintenance, signage, and furnishings for the organization.
Education
Nicole earned her B.S. in Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and completed the Art and Science of Project Management Course from Boston University Online.
Background
Nicole and her husband reside in Monkton, Vermont, with their Newfoundland dog. She enjoys taking her athleticism outdoors through hiking, running, swimming, and horseback riding.
