ReArch Company’s commitment to safety is demonstrated in our ongoing training and certification program, overseen by our Director of Field Operations. All of our field staff are 30-Hour OSHA certified and required to maintain current CPR/First Aid certifications. ReArch Company is also a Lead-Safe certified firm approved to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities.
We are committed to ensuring that our jobsites, offices, buildings, and managed properties provide a healthy and injury-free environment. To do this, we integrate safety into our daily culture. We work hard every day to ensure that the health and safety of those accessing our workspace will not be compromised, by taking proactive steps to plan our work in a manner that mitigates potential safety hazards. We educate, train, and empower our employees to be responsible for safety, and to be aware and compliant of all construction laws, regulations and standards.
