Community Involvement and Philanthropy | ReArch Company
At ReArch Company, giving back to our communities is a core aspect of our corporate mission. Our commitment is reflected in our Mission Statement: ReArch aims to be a recognized and respected leader in the project development and construction industry by actively supporting and engaging with our communities through philanthropy and involvement.
We encourage our employees to volunteer with local boards and commissions, assist at community schools, coach youth sports teams, or serve food at local shelters. Additionally, we organize company-led events where our team volunteers together to support important causes in our community.
ReArch has pledged to donate a significant percentage of our annual profits to local charities and organizations dedicated to improving the lives of people in our communities. Our dedication to community involvement and philanthropy underscores our commitment to making a positive impact.
ReArch’s philanthropic efforts are organized into three categories:
- Causes that the owners believe in personally, and have been supporting for many years
- Business Development related donations, which are often clients
- Employee-driven donations to organizations and charities they recommend and/or support themselves
Each year ReArch sets aside funds for the employee-driven portion of ReArch’s philanthropy. Employees can submit requests and they will be evaluated using our submission and selection process.
