Project Engineer
Overview
As a Project Engineer, Jack is responsible for ensuring project documents are maintained and communicated in a consistent manner. Jack works to maintain the project schedule by working with the project manager to control the flow of information from the design team to the field and back again. His day-to-day responsibilities include; contract administration, submittal review, document control, and assisting project managers with change management.
Experience
Prior to joining ReArch Company, Jack worked for Global Foundries as part of his Senior Design Project with the University of Vermont. He worked alongside a team of Process Engineers to develop a custom hoist for specialty tool applications. Jack managed the research and development budget and ensured proper alignment of the design that met company and industry safety standards.
Education
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a Minor in Applied Mathematics from The University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.
Background
Jack is a native Vermonter who enjoys all that The Green Mountains have to offer. In his free time, you’ll find him hiking Camels Hump, breaking trail on his snowboard, and playing disc golf with friends.
