ReArch Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Biama and welcomes the arrival of two new employees, Jack Kehoe and Tanner Bliss. Jack and Tanner join ReArch Properties as Facilities Technicians, and Michael moves from his previous role as Director of Property Management and Leasing to Vice President of Development and Property Management.
As Vice President of Development and Property Management, Michael Biama oversees all ReArch Properties staff and focuses on expanding ReArch’s Development and Property Management portfolio. He spearheads business development efforts and works closely with the marketing department to grow the ReArch Properties brand.
Michael teams up with ReArch’s construction business development team to provide pricing to clients on property management services post-construction. He manages contracts for current ReArch Properties tenants and handles the leasing of various development properties, including Technology Park in South Burlington, VT.
As Facilities Technicians, Jack and Tanner are responsible for working closely with tenants and property management clients to ensure the efficient operation of ReArch’s managed properties. Both work closely with ReArch’s Facilities Manager to provide staffing to support ReArch Properties managed facilities.
Before joining ReArch Company, Jack Kehoe worked with Global Foundries as part of his Senior Design Project with the University of Vermont. He worked with a Process Engineers team to develop a custom hoist for specialty tool applications. Jack will receive his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from The University of Vermont later this year.
Tanner Bliss graduated in June from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has worked for several years as a Laborer for Chapin Orchards and as a Sales Associate at a Bottle Redemption Center in Essex, VT.
