ReArch Company is pleased to announce the arrival of two new employees, Calvin Russell and Ryan Ahern. Calvin joins ReArch as a Senior Project Manager and Ryan Ahern joins as the Director of Field Operations.
As a Senior Project Manager, Calvin Russell is responsible for overseeing some of ReArch’s most technically challenging construction projects. He excels at building relationships with owners and subcontractors and serves as a mentor to the project management staff. He has over a decade of construction project management experience with national and local construction management firms. Calvin is familiar with all stages of construction including preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
As Director of Field Operations, Ryan Ahern works closely with the VP of Construction & Senior Management to oversee all aspects of ReArch’s construction field operations in VT, NH, and the surrounding area. His responsibilities include assigning and overseeing ReArch’s field staff, fostering a strong safety culture, conducting career development sessions, and providing tools to support and help people grow in their careers.
Ryan has extensive experience locally and regionally in several key construction roles, starting as a laborer in the field and then growing into positions ranging from estimating, project management, field supervision, Superintendent and Director level positions.
