ReArch had our annual Holiday Party at Vermont National Country Club this year on Friday, December 9th, 2022. Our events committee planned a casino-themed party and contracted with Alpine Amusement to bring in Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette tables, along with dealers to accommodate our group of 100+ people. Every employee received $500 in chips when they sat down for cocktail hour and when it was over they were able to turn in however many chips they had left for raffle tickets. Volunteers from the ReArch team gathered on Saturday, October 15th, at Shelburne Orchards to Pick Apples for our Neighbor. Our goal was to pick enough apples to fill up the bed of one of our ReArch trucks. Superintendent David Lothian volunteered his truck for the event, and we had it filled in about 30 minutes. For the third year in a row, ReArch Company hosted a ski & ride day for employees and their family members. The event was previously held at Sugarbush Resort for the past two years, but this year it was held at Stowe Mountain Resort. The group of almost 40 met at the mountain and skied with family members and coworkers in small groups. Our Wellness Team organized another highly participated company-wide Movement Challenge that included all field and office staff. Employees were placed in small teams and asked to track their steps/movement for the entire month of September in a shared workbook that everyone could access. ReArch employees were ecstatic to gather for our annual summer party aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen in Burlington, VT. Every year this sunset cruise which features cocktails, lobster, and prime rib, is a highly anticipated event. Sustainability is one of our core values at ReArch and something that our team is very passionate about. Throughout Green Up day we had three shifts, totaling 12 employees picking up trash around our office and in the South Burlington, VT community.
