ReArch Company and the design team at Cross Consulting Engineers have entered the final construction phase on an 11,662 SF addition and renovation project at the Barry Callebaut Facility in Saint Albans, VT. Barry Callebaut is the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products. The project included a 3,777 SF addition and 7,885 SF of renovations that were phased in four separate construction sequences based on the building being fully occupied. ReArch completes Surgical Center at Copley Hospital
ReArch Company completed construction on the $12.5 million James and Mary Louise Carpenter Surgical Center located at Copley Hospital in Morrisvelle, Vermont. This continually occupied project accounts for twenty percent of the hospital’s space and included both exterior and interior phases of work.
