On Friday, October 13 Governor Phil Scott attended a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by G.S. Precision to officially open their newly renovated facility. This ceremony marks the completion of a 2 year, multi-phase construction management project for ReArch Company which consisted of two additions and a renovation totaling 34,382 square feet. Completed using New Market Tax Credit and Community Development Block Grant funding this project was as complex in paperwork as it was in construction. The facility remained operational throughout construction and careful attention was given to ensure no disruptions or vibrations to the company’ sensitive equipment. ReArch Company Project Manager Scott St. Onge and his team are proud to deliver this project on time and on budget.
