Andrew Hogan, Facilities Technician for ReArch Properties is well on his way to receiving his Facilities Management Certificate with BOMI International, an independent institute for property and facility management. He just completed and passed his first course of a three course series called, Fundamentals of Facilities Management. Andrew has two remaining courses, Design, Operations & Maintenance of Building System Part I & Part II.
