ReArch Company is pleased to announce the arrival of J.T. Imming as a Project Manager and Nicole Benton as an Assistant Project Manager.
As a Project Manager J.T. is responsible for managing projects on time, within budget, and in adherence with all project documents. He works closely with the Project Superintendent, Owner, Design Team, and Subcontractors to ensure a shared understanding of project goals is achieved throughout the construction process.
J.T. has over 12 years of construction management experience on a wide range of projects with values up to $73 million. He started his career in construction with Turner Construction Company in Cincinnati, OH, as a project engineer working primarily on K-12 education projects. In 2013, he began working for P.J. Dick in Pittsburgh, PA, where he spent most of his career. J.T. has experience in senior living, multi-family residential, healthcare, corporate office, and educational projects. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH. He also has his 30-hour OSHA and is First-Aid & CPR Certified.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Nicole’s responsibilities include organizing and maintaining project documents and assisting the estimating team with preparing bid documents. She creates the scope of work for subcontractors, prepares contract documents, and coordinates change management. Nicole starts the procurement process for the project management team by developing and maintaining project budgets throughout a project and then, after completion, assisting with project closeout.
Before joining ReArch Company, Nicole worked as a Process and Warranty Manager on a 118-unit residential development project, collaborating with the interior designer, estimator, and site superintendent throughout construction and building occupancy. Her experience also includes Property and Project Management for Central Vermont Medical Center, where she led construction and renovation projects for the main campus, as well as offsite properties, and oversaw the grounds maintenance, signage, and furnishings for the organization.
Nicole obtained her B.S. in Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and completed the Art and Science of Project Management Course from Boston University Online.
