We have officially started construction on our NBC 5 tenant fit up project at Technology Park, that will be located inside 30 Community Drive in South Burlington, VT.
Our project team consists of Scott + Partners Architecture and Richard Doherty, for structural engineering.
We have just started main trenching for plumbing and utilities and are on track for an early 2019 delivery.
