Estimating Coordinator
Overview
As the Estimating Coordinator, Adam assists in providing support to the estimating team. He is responsible for writing subcontracts and owner contracts, making sure all the necessary documentation is in place for current and future projects. He is responsible for proposal procurement, project bid documents and setup. Adam supports the estimators on any as-needed requests or tasks, including take-offs, buyouts, mark-ups, and coordination. He also spearheads networking efforts and maintaining subcontractor relationships and ensures information is clearly and efficiently communicated.
Experience
Adam comes to us with experience in land use planning, project management, public works, and sales. Most recently he worked for a land use and project management consulting agency in Tahoe City, California where his experience included contractor coordination, GIS mapping, permitting, and RFP drafting.
Education
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
Background
Outside of work, Adam loves to sail and mountain bike. He can be found skiing around Bolton or Stowe in the winter, and loves to travel (13 countries and counting!).
