Senior Estimator
Overview
As a Senior Estimator, Jim leads and develops accurate estimating deliverables for each design phase. He collaborates with the architect, engineers, and owner teams to understand the design intent, programming, and the full scope of work to estimate the project successfully. He works with our field teams to perform document reviews and incorporate the costs associated with logistics, scheduling, and constructability into the estimates. Intending to deliver maximum value for the established budget, Jim provides value management services and presents alternative solutions to meet project goals. Senior estimators are responsible for maintaining a solid understanding of current means, methods, and materials utilized in construction and keeping the team informed on industry trends.
