Foreman
Overview
As a Foreman, Stephen is responsible for providing site support, scheduling, managing field staff, and oversight of job site documentation and safety protocol. He assists subcontractors with safety compliance and time management. He works closely with the superintendent to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Experience
Most recently, Stephen worked as a lead carpenter/foreman with a New Hampshire-based construction management company. Previously, he worked in residential construction for various sole proprietors and LLCs for over a decade. His building experience includes framing to finished carpentry skills.
Education
Stephen attended River Valley Community College and he is currently enrolled in the Supervisor Certification program with the Associated Builders and Contractors of NH and VT.
Background
Stephen enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and working on his home and property cutting wood and tending to his goats and chickens.
