Superintendent
Overview
As a superintendent, Matt manages field operations for ReArch’s construction projects. He communicates frequently with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and owners to achieve project goals and requirements. He prioritizes accurate budgeting, adheres to project schedules, and ensures a safe job site. Matt is responsible for providing regular project updates to the project team and owners and ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with contract documents.
Experience
Matt brings nearly 15 years of carpentry experience to ReArch Company. Most recently, Matt owned and managed his own construction company, Evolution Building Company. Before that, he was a project manager at Northeast Commercial Interiors, where he was a millwork specialist, overseeing the installation of trim, cabinets, countertops, crown molding, and custom millwork.
Education
Matt attended Vermont Technical College for Architectural Engineering.
Background
Matt resides in Charlotte, Vermont, with his wife and three kids. He is a former competitive bodybuilder and enjoys many fitness-related activities. As a skilled Carpenter, Matt enjoys working on custom woodworking projects for family and friends.
