Senior Estimator
Overview
As a Senior Estimator, Phil manages the estimating process on ReArch’s large-scale and highly technical projects. He works in tandem with our President to produce estimates that represent ReArch’s cost-value services. Phil has been with ReArch for over five years and is an integral member of the ReArch team. His attention to detail, complete estimates, and ability to present to the project owners have made him successful in his role. His experience and relationship with vendors, subcontractors, and our Project Management Team are invaluable to the estimating department’s advancement.
Experience
His prior experience as an estimator allows Phil to provide insight with regard to pricing, building practices, and phasing which he applies to submittal processing. Prior to joining our team, Phil worked as a CAD Design Specialist at DHCameron Construction in North Ferrisburg, Vermont, where he was responsible for designing commercial, industrial, and residential buildings from start to finish. During his time with DHCameron, Phil oversaw the estimation of various projects and the management of an onsite crew.
Education
Phil has taken classes in Architecture Design at Boston Architectural College and Northeastern University.
Background
Phil is a native of Londonderry, New Hampshire and now resides in Colchester, VT with his wife and two sons. He enjoys woodworking, traveling, and skiing. Phil also has a passion for physical fitness, competing in many competitions throughout New England.
