Director of Marketing & Communications
Overview
As the Director of Marketing & Communications, Stacey is responsible for strategically developing and managing the marketing department’s operations and functions. Her role encompasses brand management, creative direction, media planning, advertising, social media, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Stacey ensures that all messaging strategies align with the company’s brand identity and core values. She focuses on enhancing ReArch’s broader purpose internally and externally while fostering impactful relationships to strengthen and facilitate community partnerships.
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience, Stacey has established herself as a strategic leader in brand development across diverse sectors, including education, finance, and construction. She has successfully overseen all facets of integrated marketing and communications, from budgeting and planning to strategy execution. Prior to joining ReArch, Stacey served as the marketing director for a construction management firm, where she led a transformative rebranding initiative and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy that significantly expanded the company’s presence in the Northeast. Additionally, she partnered closely with the business development team to secure construction projects valued between $1M and $100M.
Education
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University.
Background
Born and raised in the Green Mountain State, Stacey resides in Essex, VT, with her family. She enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, hiking, boating, cooking, and interior design. Stacey is also passionate about traveling and exploring new places.
