Sustainable Projects

As a Platinum Sponsor of the Vermont Green Building Network, we hold sustainable construction as a core value — for our own developments and for our clients. For many years, we have been at the forefront of sustainable construction in the region, including the first single-family LEED certified house, the first LEED-certified, commercial investor-owned office building, and most recently, the largest multi-residential, certified Passive House project. We even constructed our own offices to the LEED Gold standard for Commercial Interiors. By being on the leading edge of green construction techniques, the engineers and builders at ReArch have gained the knowledge and experience to ensure that we meet — and in many cases, exceed —sustainable objectives within cost and schedule limitations.
