Built in collaboration with S2 Architecture, this 73,538 sf building was constructed of brick, pre-cast concrete, and vast expanses of low-emissivity rated glass.
In keeping with ReArch Company’s commitment to building sustainably designed and eco-friendly architecture, 55 Community Drive is the first building at Technology Park to be LEED certified. By using highly efficient mechanical systems, recycled construction materials and an advanced storm water runoff system – 55 Community Drive is a great example of ReArch’s ability to deliver the latest sustainable construction practices.
As beautiful as it is functional, the core space is adorned with tile, wood, and an open feel – flooded with natural light to ensure the building offers an attractive and comfortable environment for all employees.
