Project Description:

ReArch Company was selected to renovate 20,000 SF of space at Technology Park in South Burlington, VT for use as a 10,000 SF lab and 10,000 SF of office space. The space is a high bay industrial space with exposed structure, piping and ductwork. Natural lighting is vital to any lab environment and that is why 24 large solar tubes were utilized on this project. Even on cloudy days, these solar tubes are able to produce significant amounts of natural light which reduces the need for LED lighting and ultimately saves on energy usage.  The fitup also included new HVAC rooftop units, offices,  a breakroom, several conference rooms and bathrooms with showers.
