Project Description:
ReArch Company was hired as the Design-Builder on this 144,000 SF, Class A 4-van line small parcel distribution facility for a national Fortune 50 company at Technology Park in South Burlington, VT. Our team worked closely with S2 Architecture and SunCap to design this aesthetically pleasing brick distribution center with precast and metal siding accents. The building has 3100sf of office/support space and has 378,000 SF of pavement to accommodate small parcel fleet vehicles. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
