Project Description:
This project consists of constructing two new 8-unit townhouse style apartment buildings with a separate community building to house meeting space, laundry, storage and a pellet boiler plant. All three new buildings surround a greenspace that will house a new playground and community green. A 10kW Photovoltaic system will be installed to offset electrical usage of the buildings. Project also includes demolition of 4 existing apartment buildings once tenants move into their new apartments.
