Johnson State College – Bentley Hall

Project Description:

For the second year in a row, ReArch Company was selected by Johnson State College to serve as the construction manager on a fast track project within their campus.

Bentley Hall remained open during construction so ReArch Company worked closely with the school to work around class schedules and properly phase utility work.  Extra attention was given to site safety and ensuring construction materials and debris were contained and would not affect the faculty and students working in the adjacent spaces.

The overall scope of this project included updating the existing  classrooms, laboratories, and offices as well as circulation space such as interior stairwells, entry areas and breezeways.
