Project Description:
Kestrel Coffee Roasters new cafe and roasting operations in Technology Park transformed an existing warehouse space within the building into a wonderful amenity for park tenants and the community. Kestrel Coffees 1,430 SF tenant fit up included relocating their day to day operations from their temporary space within 30 Community Drive to their new space down the hall. The renovation also consisted of transporting and placing their coffee roaster in their new space, with minimal disruption to production. Their cafe and kitchen area had custom designed cabinetry and countertops installed to accommodate all required food service equipment to support their point of service counter sales to the public. Additionally, required modifications and upgrades of the buildings existing electrical service were performed.
