Their value management exercises generated real value and cost savings to the City of St. Albans during the preconstruction process, and the construction phase has been wonderfully managed. It is refreshing to see all the comments from you guys on the submittals ahead of our review, which is a testament to the due-diligence you put forth in the review. We design over 100 projects a year and I can confidently say that there are very few other Contractor’s that put in this same effort… we are used to just getting them rubber stamped and pushed onto us with really no review from the Contractors.

The Wentworth Housing projects blower door test was tied for first out of all the buildings we have tested in New England for air tightness, with an air infiltration rate of 0.0375 CFM50/sf.

As a prime subcontractor that has worked on many projects with ReArch, we find their commitment to safety to be far above their peers. ReArch is very proactive in reviewing envelope details, always looking ahead to review and resolve those details weeks and months ahead of construction.

During construction it feels like ReArch is very much at the service of the owner. They are super responsive with outstanding communication throughout the project.

ReArch differentiated themselves by the phasing plans they brought to the table before meeting us. The phasing plan made it clear they had done their homework and there was a lot of thought, and the plan made a lot of intuitive sense to us as educators.

ReArch does a great job coordinating their subcontractors, they have a positive relationship with subcontractors which is definitely a big benefit to the owner.

ReArch has always been out in front of issues. If there is a problem and I call, they already have the options and answers for me.

ReArch was a key partner in the beginning phase of the project before we ever had a budget put together and built the estimate with the Architect. We made a wise choice in selecting ReArch and we are planning to use them on other City projects.
