University of Vermont – Votey Hall

Project Description:

ReArch Company renovated an existing office suite that encompassed the East side of the 3^rd floor of Votey Hall and converted it into 3 large all-purpose classrooms and 2 office suites.  The renovation of the 3^rd floor also included gutting an existing lab to create 3 offices with a copy/print room, existing offices into 3 smaller offices, converting 2 old lab spaces into multi-purpose conference rooms, and created a shell space for a future research lab.  Work included demo of existing, install of all new finishes (doors/hardware, walls, ceilings, paint, flooring, specialties), HVAC, new lighting and AV Equipment.
